Which country do we outsource from and why?
The Philippines is the third-largest English-speaking country in the world, with approximately 60 million English speakers. Many Filipinos speak and write English as a second language. They also have a neutral accent. As a result, they can be easily trained to speak with a specific accent. The Philippines boasts a 97.5% literacy rate, and nearly 700,000 graduates are produced annually by the public and private university systems. (For context, Australia has approximately 300,000 graduates per year and the US has approximately 3 million.)
What jobs can I outsource?
Any role that can be performed remotely. A short list of these outsourcing job roles includes web and graphic design, software design and testing, bookkeeping, customer support, digital marketing, lead generation, and virtual assistance.
How soon can I start giving work to the staff?
Once the Client Service Agreement and payment form is completed, allow at least 3 business days for us to process the documents and set the staff fully onboarded.
How does the billing work?
On the 1st of each month, you will receive an invoice for 1 month in advance. Your first invoice is for the remaining work days for that month. This must be paid prior to your staff’s start-date. Your credit card will automatically be charged on the 10th of each month.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We can also set up ACH payments. Clients also have the option of mailing a check.
